    As the exclusive wine partner of Australia: The Movie, Jacob’s Creek has launched an on-pack promotion offering the chance to win fantastic prizes from a luxury Jacob’s Creek hamper to cinema tickets and even the chance to win the ultimate Australia holiday experience.

  2. How do I enter?

    The promotion is available on special stickered promotional bottles of Jacob’s Creek. To find out if you’re a winner of 1 of 1,250 pairs of cinema tickets, 1 of 200 Jacob’s Creek hampers or 1 of 10 trips for two to Australia, simply visit www.jacobscreekaustralia.co.uk and enter your unique 8 digit code. You will then be told if you have won. You must retain your promotional sticker label and bottle as it will be required to validate your prize claim.

  3. Where can I find promotional packs bottles?

    Promotional packs will be available in participating stores from November 2008.

  4. Is there an age restriction to enter the promotion?

    The promotion is open to over 18’s only.

  5. Can I participate if I am not a resident of GB, Isle of Man or Channel Islands?

    Unfortunately not. The promotion is only open to participants who are residents of GB, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

  6. When does the promotion open and close?

    The promotion starts in November 2008. The closing date for web entries is 28th March 2009 at 11:59pm GMT.

  7. Do I need to send in my promotional bottle if I win a prize?

    Winners must retain their promotional sticker label and bottle as it will be required to validate their prize claim. Winners of the holiday or hamper will need to send in the whole bottle and label with the unique promotional sticker and their name and address to validate their claim. Once a winning code has been submitted on the website, we will send winners a special pre-paid postage box in which bottles can be returned for validation. Winners of the cinema tickets must submit their name and address, and the barcode from the winning Jacob’s Creek bottle. Barcodes can be found on the reverse of the label of the bottle.

  8. What if my code isn’t working?

    Please check that you have read the code correctly and are entering all 8 digits online at www.jacobscreekaustralia.co.uk. Do not use commas or spaces within the code.

  9. How will I know if I have won?

    Once you have entered your unique code online, you will be instantly informed whether you are a winner and if so given details of which prize you have won. You will also be given details on claiming your prize. If you have been unsuccessful, you will receive a message instantly telling you that you have not won.

  10. What are the prizes?

    There are a total of 1,460 prizes to be won including 10 x trip to Australia for two adults (as part of a winners’ tour group) consisting of return economy flights to and from the UK (London airports only), six nights accommodation, including (one night in Adelaide, one night in the Barossa Valley, two nights on Kangaroo Island and two nights in Sydney), transfers and internal flights, a wine tasting at Jacob’s Creek and dinner along with a screening of Australia the movie, plus £1,000 spending money to cover other meals and costs. 200 x Jacob’s Creek hamper worth approximately £100 (contains alcohol and nuts). 1,250 x pairs of cinema tickets valid for any Odeon or UCI cinema nationwide (not including London West End locations) and valid for nine months from issue date.   11. When can I travel?

    The holiday must be taken on a date (decided by the Promoters) between 1st April 2009 and not later than 1st June 2009 and must be booked through the Promoters and their appointed travel agent.

  12. What am I responsible for?

    Each person travelling is responsible for obtaining their own valid UK passport and will also be responsible for ensuring they obtain all necessary visas and permissions and medical/travel insurance for the trip. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the start of the holiday.

  13. Is travel insurance included in the prize?

    No. It is the responsibility of the winner to purchase the necessary medical/travel insurance for the trip to Australia.

  14. How do I get between home and the airport?

    Transport between home and the airport is the responsibility of the prizewinner. Each person travelling is responsible for getting to the designated airport at the allotted time and to allow sufficient time for check-in and security checks.

  15. Can I fly from another airport other than in London?

    Unfortunately all flights must be taken from London.

  16. What happens if the airline / hotel / tour etc is cancelled or changed?

    No responsibility can be accepted for hotels / tours / airlines etc being withdrawn or amended. However, in these circumstances, the Promoter will endeavour to assist prizewinners as necessary.

  17. What happens if I need to change holiday details once it is booked?

    Any amendments or alterations made by the prizewinner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges payable by the prizewinner.

  18. Can I have cash instead of the holiday?

    There is no cash or other alternative available for any prizes.
